This is your kitchen buddy.
Neo is a multimodal control-based kitchen assistant that provides recipe content and helps users prep ingredients and coordinates with kitchen appliances in order to maintain the fluidity of the cooking process by providing in-App kitchen tools and recipes. With the ability to use hand gestures and voice control as operating input, users can get access to content with the ease of mind in the kitchen environment without touching any screen.

Designing the experience
The system will provide a wide range of recipe content, video contents along with editable options to create your preference list or schedule. Along with the recipe, the system will also have the option for a smart timer setting which stays visible on the display features to help users to be aware of the cooking condition.

For the purpose of this project, the final prototype will be conducted with a market available option, Leap Motion hand gesture detector and philips pico projector to achieve the ideal effect.

Project, No Limits
User is able to position the projection source with the auto-adjustable keystone feature. The algorithm enable the projection source fits on the closed surface with perfect orientation of image. To continue achieve the best quality, users can get access to in App tool for further angle adjustment.
Set-up is easy
To not disturb the way people operate the kitchen, the two-part design of the device allows users to attach or detach with magnet features that are embedded in the second device. It can be stored on either tabletop or cabinet, depending on the user's preference.
